The Rebel (Country Teasers) + Elenwen + Jas Eade (House Arrest)

Saturday, 31 May 2025 at 19:00 at The Holloway, Norwich

We’re delighted to be hosting our absolute favourite The Rebel AKA Ben Wallers for his first Norwich performance in years. Ben has been performing various guises since 1995. He is best known for being part of the group Country Teasers, an art punk band formed in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1993. Wallers also performs solo as The Rebel, playing live shows with a Gameboy backing-track, often in a Spider-Man costume or cowboy hat, performing scruffy, zany faux-country tunes with parodic taboo lyrics. A Windmill (Brixton) legend, The Rebel has taken residency there every June for the last five years. It’s a real treat to tempt him to The Holloway’s steps.
