TBA 009: LOTTERY

Friday, 29 August 2025 at 19:00 at The Holloway, Norwich

TBA Artist Collective present our 9th event, a live participatory group performance, spending our remaining funds from previous exhibition sales on National Lottery scratch cards. In the financial year of 2023/24, Arts Council England channelled £116.8 million of National Lottery money into grants and £14.4 million into artist development. As a group of artists who have never received any money from the National Lottery Fund, we thought it was really time we gave back. Every attendee will get a chance to join in the excitement, with chances to win prizes including TBA artists’ work. Any money won from the scratch cards will buy drinks for attendees, fund a new group exhibition for TBA and guests, be donated to various charities and much more along the way. Or we might win nothing at all and just make a huge mess – a bit like applying for Arts Council funding. 7pm doors - £3 adv
